3 Brothers Construction, owners of Uptown Homes, held a Ribbon Cutting on Friday, October 6, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at 413 North 4th Street in Moberly.
Besides the ribbon cutting, attendees had the opportunity to tour the development.
The development currently contains four homes that are 1,224 square feet with three bedrooms, a one car garage and all modern finishes. Currently, they only have one home available for rent, but have plans to have four additional units completed next spring.
“Housing of all types is a tremendous need in Moberly, and it is great to see additional housing investment. We look forward to the continued success of 3 Brothers Construction in all their projects,” said Moberly Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director, Megan Schmitt.
