Total Lending Concepts (TLC) had their Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 from 3:00-6:00pm at their location at 323 West Reed Street in the Depot District.
TLC provides a variety of loan programs including first-time homebuyer, convention loans, VA loans, FHA loans, refinancing, jumbo loans, reverse mortgages and more. This branch is lead by Manager Eric Johnston who has been a loan officer since 2017.
The event featured an assortment of food and beverages. They even had live music playing at the entrance welcoming people to the event.

Total Lending Concepts has offices in 10 states with seven locations in Missouri and the company’s headquarters are in Colorado.
