South Ridge Subdivision held their ribbon cutting today, November 16th in Moberly, Missouri. The event was held in conjunction with Century 21 McKeown and Associates and the Moberly Area Chamber of Commerce.
The subdivision provides (the first) 49 lots which are currently being sold to people interested in having newly constructed homes. The homes will come with all modern amenities including high speed internet from Socket.
According to City Manager Brian Crane and Owner of Century 21, Chuck McKeown, this lot provides a much needed answer to the housing shortage in Moberly.
