Mid-Missouri Productivity and Packaging (MPPS)/Randolph County Sheltered Industries, in collaboration with the Moberly Area Chamber of Commerce, held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, September 25, at 11:00 a.m. to celebrate their 51st anniversary of servicing the community. The event took place at their location, 1751 Robertson Road in Moberly.
Attendees had the opportunity to take a tour of the facility, learn about the jobs for certified employees and their upcoming plans for this year.
“MPPS provides great employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. They have been a cornerstone for many years and are proud to have in the Moberly community,” said Moberly Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director, Maranda Dollich.
MPPS offers employment for individuals with disabilities with focuses that include business cleaning services, paper shredding services, cardboard recycling and more.
