HOMEBUILDERS EXPAND TO MOBERLY - Moberly Area Chamber of Commerce

To celebrate the opening of their ninth location in Missouri, Wausau Homes hosted a ribbon cutting and open house at 515 W Reed Street on Monday, February 8th at 2:00p.m.

Attendees had the opportunity to meet owners Kathryn & Gary Rae, their family and their staff. The ribbon cutting was held, light refreshments were served afterward along with a giveaway.

Wausau Homes is custom home building company that works with its clients to build their dream home through customizing every aspect from start to finish.

Megan Schmitt, Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce stated, “Wausau Homes is the only location within a two-hour radius of Moberly. We are very honored to have them choose Moberly to open another location and be the only location in North-Central Missouri. Wausau Homes is going to be a great asset to our community and the surrounding region.”

Wausau Homes has over 92 locations in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota, Kentucky and Missouri. They have been in operation for over 50 years.
